Come and enjoy a vintage caesar salad followed by a sixteen ounce 28-day dry aged Kansas city strip. Riding shotgun are a cauliflower gratin, smoked bone marrow blade topped with ‘shroom duxelle, green gremolata, roasted Florida oyster mushrooms, and grilled ciabatta points. Includes a fancy bottle of hand selected workingman’s cabernet, a locally rolled cigar, three fingers of a single malt, or sweet for the sweet as dessert. Serves two unless Papi is really hungry!
