Guest room rates will be subject to a non-commissionable Destination Amenity Fee in the amount of $20 + tax per room, per night.  This fee covers several amenities including a $10 F&B credit to redeem on property, two bottles of water, high speed wireless internet access throughout the property, unlimited local calls,  24-hour fitness center access , priority access to all Lifestyle events on property, priority reservations to F&B outlets, suncare products by the pool, and a morning coffee station.

Yes! Our Guest Services team is located in the lobby and is ready to assist with recommendations and special requests.

Yes, wifi is included in the amenity fee and available throughout the hotel. Connect to the “HayaTampa” network. No password required.

The hotel provides 24/7 valet-only service to all guests, located at our main entrance on 14th Street (N Avenida Republica de Cuba). Overnight valet parking is available at a rate of $35 per night with unlimited in-and-out privileges. Contact us at [email protected] for other public options near the hotel. Please dial “0” from your in-room phone to have your vehicle brought up front.

While the hotel does not provide airport transportation services, convenient rideshare services such as Lyft and Uber, and taxi services are all options for our guests to arrive or depart safely.

Our Fitness Center is located on the first floor. Guests have 24-hour access to the Fitness Center.

The pool is open from dawn to dusk.

Same day dry cleaning service is available from Monday-Friday. Laundry must be dropped at the front desk by 8am and will be returned by 6pm. Not available on weekends and holidays.

Housekeeping stayover service is available upon request. Please let guest services know the day before if you would like your room cleaned. Extra amenities such as towels and toiletries can be requested the same day. We ask that you leave the Do Not Disturb sign off the door otherwise we will not enter the room.

Switches are located near the base of the light fixtures. They are small and blend-in to lamp post. Some are on the back side. Please call guest services for assistance.

Lift handles towards the ceiling as you close the doors then turn the lock.

All rooms come with a fully stocked private bar with items for purchase. Items are replenished daily. Items consumed or open will be charged after check-out.

Yes, guestrooms do have small refrigerators. You are welcome to set aside the private bar items to use it for your personal storage.

Yes, each guest room has a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board as part of our in-room amenities.

We have pack-and-plays and rollaways available upon request. These are subject to availability and an additional fee. Please note we are only able to place rollaways in some of our room types. Please contact guest services to request these items or if you have any questions.

The café is open daily for breakfast and lunch from 7am to 2pm, with coffee service until 4pm.

We are located 1.6 miles from downtown Tampa.  The historic TECO streetcar is complementary and runs continuously between Tampa and Ybor City with stops at the Florida Aquarium, Sparkman Wharf, Amalie Arena, Tampa Convention Center, and the Financial District.

Smoking, including vaping and electronic cigarettes, is only permitted outside the hotel in designated areas on 7th Avenue. You can also smoke in our courtyard with provided ashtrays.  Smoking is not permitted inside Hotel Haya, which includes the pool deck and on guest room private balconies.

Yes. We would be happy to receive up to five packages complimentary for each room reserved. Please ensure the guest’s name is listed on the package. For information on shipping more than five packages or for any additional questions, please call or text guest services at 813-462-9515.

This is a 2.69% credit card processing fee that is charged for each credit card transaction.

Guests are invited to check-in beginning at 4 p.m. Check-out is at noon.

Please call the hotel to see about early check-in. Early check-in may be available depending on room occupancy and will be done on a first-come, first-serve basis. Early check-in is never guaranteed.

Yes! Head to the front desk and we’d be happy to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out at no charge.

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and a government issued photo ID must be shown at time of check-in.

A government issued photo ID for the primary guest and credit card is required for all arriving reservations. Please contact guest services to add any additional guest names. Please note a hold will be placed on the card upon check in for the total amount of room, tax and anticipated incidentals (an additional $100 per day).

If you will be arriving after midnight, please contact the Hotel directly at 813-462-9515, so we can make a note on your reservation and plan for your late arrival.
Guaranteed reservations are held until 2:00 AM the following day.

If you fail to arrive before this time, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged a No-Show Fee.

The amount of the No-Show Fee is a penalty of one night’s room and tax.

Yes! Your pets are welcome at the hotel. No more than two pets are allowed per guest room.

A $75.00 fee per pet is required at check-in. This allows us to thoroughly clean and sanitize the room after your departure. No more than two pets are allowed per guest room.

We have treats, beds and bowls waiting for your four-legged friends. Subject to availability.

Please contact the hotel for changes to your reservation. Changes can be made more than 48 hours prior to your arrival and are subject to availability and any rate difference may apply. Exceptions include non-refundable reservations booked under Advance Purchase offers where a deposit was taken.

Reservations booked with a flexible cancellation policy can be cancelled with no penalty more than 48 hours prior to arrival, 4:00 PM local hotel time. Any cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are subject to 1 night(s) room and tax penalty charge. Exceptions include non-refundable reservations booked under Advance Purchase offer where a deposit was taken.
