    We are located 1.6 miles from downtown Tampa.  The historic TECO streetcar is complimentary and runs continuously between Tampa and Ybor City with stops at the Florida Aquarium, Sparkman Wharf, Amalie Arena, Tampa Convention Center, and the Financial District.

    Smoking is permitted only in designated areas on 7th Avenue. Smoking is not allowed inside Hotel Haya, including the pool area and guestroom balconies.
