General Hotel Info

    We are located 1.6 miles from downtown Tampa.  The historic TECO streetcar is complimentary and runs continuously between Tampa and Ybor City with stops at the Florida Aquarium, Sparkman Wharf, Amalie Arena, Tampa Convention Center, and the Financial District.

    Smoking, including vaping and electronic cigarettes, is only permitted outside the hotel in designated areas on 7th Avenue. You can also smoke in our courtyard with provided ashtrays.  Smoking is not permitted inside Hotel Haya, which includes the pool deck and on guest room private balconies.

Check In/Out

    Guests are invited to check-in at 4 p.m. Check-out is at noon.

    Please call the hotel to see about early check-in. Early check-in may be available depending on room occupancy and will be done on a first-come, first-served basis. Early check-in is never guaranteed.

    Yes! Head to the front desk and we’d be happy to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out at no charge.

    The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and a government issued photo ID must be shown at time of check-in.

    A government issued photo ID and credit card is required for all arriving reservations. Please note a hold will be placed on the card upon check in for the total amount of room, tax and anticipated incidentals (an additional $100 per day).

    If you will be arriving after midnight, please contact the Hotel directly at 813-462-9515, so we can make a note on your reservation and plan for your late arrival.
    Guaranteed reservations are held until 2:00 AM the following day.

    • If you fail to arrive before this time, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged a No-Show Fee.
    • The amount of the No-Show Fee is a penalty of one night’s room and tax

Reservations

    Please contact the hotel for changes to your reservation. Changes can be made more than 48 hours prior to your arrival and are subject to availability and any rate difference may apply. Exceptions include non-refundable reservations booked under Advance Purchase offers where a deposit was taken.

    Reservations booked with a flexible cancellation policy can be cancelled with no penalty more than 48 hours prior to arrival, 4:00 PM local hotel time. Any cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are subject to 1 night(s) room and tax penalty charge. Exceptions include non-refundable reservations booked under Advance Purchase offer where a deposit was taken.

    While the hotel does not provide airport transportation services, convenient rideshare services such as Lyft and Uber, taxi services, or the Metro Transit Light Rail are all options for our guests to arrive or depart safely.

    he hotel provides 24/7 valet-only service to all guests, located at our main entrance on 14th Street (N Avenida Republica de Cuba).     • Guestrooms: alarm clock telephone rings, deadbolt locks lowered, door night guards lowered, doors with lever handles, electrical outlets lowered, hearing accessible rooms and/or kits, accessible vanities, viewports lowered, convenience power at bedside, wireless charging pad at nightstand
    • Bathrooms: bathroom grab bars, roll-in shower, adjustable shower wand, toilet seat at wheelchair height

    Guest room rates will be subject to a non-commissionable Destination Amenity Fee in the amount of $20 + tax per room, per night.  This fee covers several amenities including a $10 F&B credit to redeem on property, two bottles of water, high speed wireless internet access throughout the property, unlimited local calls,  24-hour fitness center access , priority access to all Lifestyle events on property, priority reservations to F&B outlets, suncare products by the pool and a morning coffee station.
