Questions

To enhance your experience, a Destination Amenity Fee of $20 + tax per room, per night will be applied. This fee ensures you receive essential comforts and elevated access, including a $20 food & beverage credit to use on property, high-speed Wi-Fi, 24-hour fitness center access, priority reservations at our restaurants and bars, and a morning coffee station.

Absolutely. Our Guest Services team is ready to assist. You can find them in the lobby, and they’ll happily provide recommendations and help with any special requests.

Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi, is included in your amenity fee and is available throughout the hotel. Simply to the “HayaTampa” network. No password required.

We offer 24/7 valet service at our main entrance on 14th Street (N. Avenida Republica de Cuba). Overnight valet parking is $39 per night and includes unlimited in-and-out privileges. Just dial “0” from your room phone to have your vehicle brought up front. For other public parking options, please contact us at [email protected].

While the hotel does not provide dedicated airport transportation you have plenty of options to arrive or depart safely, including rideshare services like Lyft and Uber, and taxi services. 

Yes! Our state-of-the-art fitness center is open 24 hours for your convenience. You’ll find it on the first floor.

The pool is open daily from dawn to dusk.

While we don’t have a traditional gift shop, we invite you to check out the assortment of distinctive gifts and local finds available at the front desk.

Same-day dry cleaning service is available Monday through Friday. Simply drop your items at the front desk by 8:00 a.m., and they will be returned to you by 6:00 p.m. Please note this service is not available on weekends or holidays. 

Stayover housekeeping service is available upon request. Please let our Guest Services team know the day before if you would like your room service. We are also happy to provide extra amenities such as towels and toiletries on the same day. Please ensure the Do Not Disturb sign off your door, or we will not enter the room. 

All rooms feature  a fully stocked bar with items for purchase. The selection is  replenished daily, and your account will be charged for any  items consumed or opened after checkout

Yes, guest rooms are equipped with small refrigerators. You are welcome to set aside private bar items to use the space it for your personal storage.

Yes, as part of our in-room amenities, every guest room includes  a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. 

pack-and-plays and rollaway beds are available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee. Please note can only be accommodated in select room types. To request these items or for any questions, please contact guest services.

The café is open daily for breakfast and lunch from 7am to 2pm, with coffee service until 4pm.

We are located 1.6 miles from downtown Tampa.  The historic TECO streetcar is complementary and runs continuously between Tampa and Ybor City with stops at the Florida Aquarium, Sparkman Wharf, Amalie Arena, Tampa Convention Center, and the Financial District.

Smoking, including vaping and electronic cigarettes, is only permitted in designated outdoor areas on 7th Avenue.

and within our courtyard (ashtrays are provided).  Smoking is not permitted inside Hotel Haya, which includes the pool deck and all guest room private balconies.

Yes. We’d be happy to accept up to five packages complimentary for each room reserved. Please ensure the guest’s name is listed on the package. For information on shipping more than five items , please call or text Guest Services at 813-462-9515.

This is a 2.69% credit card processing fee charged for each credit card transaction.

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 p.m.

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card. Please note a hold for anticipated incidentals (an additional $100 per day) will be placed on your card upon check-in.

For an earlier arrival, please call us to check availability, though we cannot guarantee an early check-in. If you anticipate arriving after midnight, please contact us directly at 813-462-9515 so we can secure your reservation. Reservations are held until 2:00 a.m. the following day, after which a No-Show fee (one night’s room and tax) will apply.

We’ll store your luggage at no charge, before check-in or after check-out. 

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and a government issued photo ID must be shown at time of check-in.

A government issued photo ID for the primary guest and credit card is required for all arriving reservations. Please contact guest services to add any additional guest names. Please note a hold will be placed on the card upon check in for the total amount of room, tax and anticipated incidentals (an additional $100 per day).

If you will be arriving after midnight, please contact the Hotel directly at 813-462-9515, so we can make a note on your reservation and plan for your late arrival.
Guaranteed reservations are held until 2:00 AM the following day.

If you fail to arrive before this time, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged a No-Show Fee.

The amount of the No-Show Fee is a penalty of one night’s room and tax.

We’re delighted to welcome your furry friends! Two pets are allowed per guest room. A fee of $100.00 per pet is required at check-in. This ensures we can thoroughly clean and sanitize your room after your departure.

We’ve got your four-legged friends covered! We offer treats, cozy beds, and bowls upon arrival, all subject to availability.

For all changes to your reservation, please contact the hotel directly. Changes can be made more than 48 hours prior to your arrival, are subject to availability, and any rate differences may apply. Please note that non-refundable reservations (such as those booked under an Advance Purchase offer) are excluded from the policy. 

Reservations booked with a flexible cancellation policy can be cancelled with no penalty more than 48 hours prior to your 4:00 p.m. local arrival time. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a penalty of one nights’  room and tax.  Please note that non-refundable reservations (such as those booked under an Advance Purchase offer) are excluded from this policy.
