Hotel Haya
Explore
Tucked along Ybor City's storied 7th Avenue, Hotel Haya is a spirited hub for locals and travelers. We’ve brought the neighborhood’s rich history to life with a fresh, eclectic design. Unwind in our private courtyard with a cocktail by the pool, indulge in coastal-inspired dishes at Flor Fina, or grab a cafecito at Café Quiquiriquí. Every detail creates a fully realized experience that's both a refuge and a discovery.
Hotel Haya is a place of curious contrast—a vibrant new voice in an old-world neighborhood, and a celebration of Ybor City’s multicultural heart.
Ybor City bloomed as a cigar-making capital and flourished as a place where cultures came together in craftsmanship and community. Today, we celebrate all the future chapters of this vibrant Tampa neighborhood.
Experience the best of Hotel Haya and beyond.
We’ve brought together a talented community of artists, makers, and innovators to help bring the Hotel Haya experience to life. Meet the people who share their magic with us.
"Flor Fina, the hotel’s upscale Latin restaurant and cocktail bar, is outfitted with sultry velvet booths, which lend the space an intimate feel, despite the yawning floor plan. The decor evokes a Cuban social club from the 1950s — it’s hard to tell where the lounge ends and the restaurants begins."
"Hotel Haya embodies everything special about Ybor City: exuberant Cuban, Italian, and Spanish influences. On a downtown street teeming with history, the project fuses two historic buildings with integrated new build construction: the ornate Las Novedades building, Tampa’s oldest restaurant built in 1890 and the Warren Building, where Teddy Roosevelt and the Rough Riders are rumored to have haunted."
